Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

Job description:
Provides network problem resolution in coordination with other Cisco support organizations
Supports delivery of reactive service program to Cisco SP and TS Advantage accounts.
Establishes and maintains a good level of communication and interaction with customer support groups and organizations
Performs analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems.
Builds simulated networks in test labs to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
Leverages, coordinates and contributes to internal Virtual Teams, Business Units and other customer facing groups.
Provides remote or onsite support.

Skills required:
Deep technical knowledge about Cisco Unified Communications, Telepresence and UCCE products
Solid understanding of Routing & Switching technologies
Expert level problem solving and incident managment skills


CCIE Collaboration & R&S certification is is highly desirable
