Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

Job description:
Provides network problem resolution in coordination with other Cisco
support organizations
Supports delivery of service program to Cisco Advanced Services (AS)
accounts.
Establishes and maintains a good level of communication and interaction
with customer support groups and organizations
Performs analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems.
Builds simulated networks in test labs to resolve complex problems and
compatibility issues.
Leverages, coordinates and contributes to internal Virtual Teams,
Business Units and other customer facing groups.
Provides remote or onsite support.



Skills required:
Very good understanding of service provider network technologies like
MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, Traffic Engineering, VPNs,
Expertise on high end Cisco routers and switches such as Cisco 12000,
6500 & 7600 series. CRS-1 is required.
SP network experience is a MUST.
Expertise on Cisco Optical products like Cisco 15XXX, CTM is a plus

Certifications:

CCIE R&S or SP certification is a MUST
